Viva Vigan Festival of Arts
Viva Vigan Binatbatan Festival of the Arts celebrated from
the last week of April to the primary week of May. It was originally the Feast
of the Natives that started out on May 3, 1883, in line with the writings of
Damaso King, a famous Vigan historian.
On the 3rd of May, the Feast of Apo Sto. Cristo Milagroso is observed with a mass at the Simbaan a Basiit.
